With the app for iOS and Android, you record working hours right on site – for individual employees as well as for crews. The times are booked automatically to the relevant project, together with breaks, project information and activity. This lets you document construction progress and analyze the project transparently.

For each person, you store an individual working-time model, such as part-time or full-time. The system automatically checks whether the recorded hours match the target, highlights missing time in color and shows the difference.

Forgot to clock out? With the stored working-time model, the end of the working day is set automatically. Subsequent adjustments are possible at any time, depending on permissions.

HOAI cost rates right as you clock in

A site visit is paid at a different rate than drafting work, and a meeting with the client at a different rate again. Instead of reconstructing at the end of the month what was done when, you record the activity right as you clock in, with the matching HOAI cost rate.

The recorded times flow into project billing together with their cost rates. At the end of the billing period, you export all the data and transfer it into the fee invoice – as the basis for HOAI-compliant billing.

Absences, analysis and timesheet export

You document vacation, time off in lieu of overtime and training in upmesh, and have them requested and approved there. Public holidays can be imported per federal state; in the user settings, you define who may record or approve which absences.

Surplus and shortfall hours are shown in the calendar view, and missing entries are detected automatically. At the end of the month, you lock all entries and export them as a timesheet with one click. Filter options and a stored billing period make analysis easier.

In the company settings, you define who may view their own working hours and who may view other people's. This creates transparency without granting unnecessary viewing rights.

Export to payroll and project controlling

In addition to CSV export, upmesh supports the payroll programs Datev, brz, Addison Lohn, GDI Lohn and Novaline. The exported data contains an additional worksheet with a target-actual analysis per person. Rights management lets you control who may record, edit or lock times.

Via the interface, the recorded times flow automatically into project controlling as labor costs. This creates a seamless link from time tracking through the project plan to construction documentation.
