QR code on the printout: valid or outdated?
With the built-in QR code function, a scan of a printed plan tells you instantly whether that plan revision is still valid. This works even without the upmesh app installed.
Automatic versioning documents every change without gaps. All plan revisions, changes and approvals are archived with a timestamp and can be proven at any time – if discussions come up later, you can demonstrate every step of the change.
The plan as a communication medium
With one click, add tickets for tasks, notes or open questions directly in the plan and complete them with responsibilities, photos and files. Thanks to offline availability, plans, tickets and documents can be viewed and edited even with a poor connection; syncing runs automatically as soon as you're back on the network.
At the end of the project, you export all project data including plans as a ZIP file – the basis for complete construction documentation and archiving.
Pin tickets on street maps
If you need street maps in addition to PDF plans, you can use map sections to place tickets in the Enterprise version. The exact position is stored in the ticket along with its coordinates.
Navigation guides suppliers and subcontractors straight to the construction site or the specific position – one click on the address starts it. On linear sites and projects with several locations, that does away with follow-up questions and directions.
From the plan straight to a defect, task or change order
All modules are interlinked: you start in the plan and keep working from there. You create defects on the digital plan and document them with photos and comments; you create tasks from a plan marker with one click and assign them to the people responsible.
A new plan revision often comes with change orders. You move plan changes seamlessly into change-order management so you can claim additional work in time.
