The upmesh BIM Viewer is an IFC viewer for construction projects. You upload IFC files by drag and drop; they are converted automatically and displayed in the browser or in the app without any additional software. You pin tasks, defects and change orders directly in the spatial model, so everyone involved can see what it's about and exactly where it is.
That ends the juggling of 2D plan, 3D model and coordination by email: Is the component really placed like that in the model? Which version is valid? Why doesn't the comment show up in the floor plan? The viewer answers these questions right where they arise.

Load your IFC model by drag and drop
Upload your IFC files by drag and drop. upmesh converts them automatically and displays them in the browser – without additional software and without any installation on your project partner's side. The open openBIM standard ensures that models from Revit, Archicad, Allplan or Navisworks can be used.
You navigate the model freely, switch between 3D view, floor plan and bird's-eye view and retrieve object information such as materials, dimensions and classifications. Model changes are versioned automatically.
Pin tasks and defects in the 3D model
Click the spot in the model that it's about and create a ticket there: task, defect or change order – with description, photos and documents, assigned to a person responsible and given a due date. Everyone involved sees the spatial context instead of a text description.
Tickets from the model flow into the same task management as all the others: Kanban, list, table and calendar views, filters by person responsible and due date, timestamps for every change and real-time synchronization across the team.

- Architecture and engineering firms: Show design details in their spatial context, simplify coordination with specialist planners and document plan changes directly in the model. Spatial pinning noticeably reduces follow-up questions.
- Site management and project control: Spot defects, capture them in the model, comment on them and document them with photos – integrated into defect management and with reporting for the client.
